For the past two decades, Dr. Tomas Chamorro-Premuzic has researched and written about charisma and confidence in all types of leaders from business to politics and the creative industries. There are four general qualities that make for more effective leadership:

  1. Trustworthiness & integrity
  2. Good judgment
  3. Having a vision that persuades the team to work for the collective good
  4. Self-awareness
